Welcome to Saint Patrick’s Religious Formation!

Baptism – is the first of seven sacraments and the way in which a person becomes a member of the Church, the Mystical Body of Christ on earth.

First Reconciliation – brings about a change of heart through God’s mercy and forgiveness. Reconciliation (also known as Confession or Penance) is a sacrament instituted by Jesus Christ in His love and mercy to offer sinners forgiveness for offenses committed against God. At the same time sinners reconcile with the Church who is also wounded by our sins.

First Holy Communion – the reception of Christ’s Body and Blood, typically the second sacrament of initiation. This sacrament, the one we receive most often throughout our lives, is the source of great graces that sanctify us and help us grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ.

Confirmation – is the third sacrament of initiation, in which we are sealed with the gift the Holy Spirit. This sacrament perfects our baptism and brings us the graces of the Holy Spirit that were granted to the Apostles on Pentecost Sunday.  It deepens our baptismal life that calls us to be missionary witnesses of Jesus Christ in our families, neighborhoods, society, and the world.

Adult Sacramental Program – Adult Sacramental Preparation is for all adults 18+ who are out of high school. This is a program that will prepare adults for reception of all of the Sacraments of Initiation – Baptism (if not baptized as an infant), First Reconciliation, Confirmation, & First Communion.
